At the Eliza Hope Center our licensed occupational therapists work with children on a wide variety of everyday skills to help them learn, play, and socialize.
Occupational therapy can improve self-care skills such as eating, brushing teeth, dressing, and using the bathroom, as well as fine motor skills like writing and using scissors. It can also focus on developing strategies to manage sensory challenges.
An occupational therapist will evaluate your child’s specific needs and create a therapy plan that will focus on developing life skills that will help them while going about the business of their daily lives.
